Purpose of the role

The Learning Systems Administrator plays a critical role within Auto & General's learning function, providing essential operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS). This position actively contributes to upholding learning governance and ensuring a seamless, efficient learning experience for all Auto & General employees.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders across all functions, the Learning Systems Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing learning-related enquiries, and overseeing accurate reporting and record management to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Position Accountabilities

The Learning Systems Administrator is directly accountable for:

- Performing day-to-day management of the LMS and any associated platforms, including course creation, session setups, enrolments, and attendance marking.

- Providing first-line user support for LMS-related queries and technical issues.

- Maintaining accurate learning records and ensuring data integrity within the LMS.

- Assisting in the implementation and adherence to learning governance policies and procedures.

- Generating standard LMS reports as required.

- Supporting the Learning Systems Consultant in system testing and configuration updates.

- Performing administrative tasks for our enterprise Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

What experience you’ll bring

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

- Demonstrated experience in LMS administration and support (preferably with Docebo).

- Strong attention to detail for data entry, course setup, and record keeping.

- Good understanding of learning processes and user support.

- Basic reporting and data extraction skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.





- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).

- Experience working for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Location: North Lakes
