Job Description

- Partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Own the delivery of financial targets through effective planning, forecasting and risk management.
- Lead P&L; management across multiple business units, providing insight and challenge around key performance drivers.
- Support the annual operating plan, budgeting processes and monthly forecasting activities.
- Influence key business decisions through detailed financial analysis and commercial insights.
- Drive accountability across the business for revenue, profitability and cost management outcomes.
- Develop and enhance financial reporting capabilities to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team.




- Ensure robust internal controls and SOX compliance while supporting internal and external audit requirements.

The Successful Applicant

- CPA or CA qualified with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership or commercial business partnering role.
- Previous experience within a US-listed organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP S/4HANA
