About Our Client

Job Description

- - Manage CAPEX accounting for major infrastructure and development projects
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and asset capitalisation
- Maintain and analyse the fixed asset register
- Manage depreciation, disposals and asset integrations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly CAPEX reporting packs
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
- Assist with management reporting and financial analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to track project spend, budgets and timelines
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiencies

The Successful Applicant

- CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
- 5+ years' accounting experience




- Strong CAPEX accounting experience
- Experience managing WIP, asset capitalisation and fixed assets
- Experience supporting large-scale projects and capital investments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis)
