Role & Duties

- Manage a well-maintained residential property portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs




- Handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors
- Outsourced PCRs & no trust
- Admin support

About You

- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Valid WA driver’s licence
