We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Experience Consultant to join our call-centre team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to schedule vehicle service appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to confirm or schedule service bookings
- Provide accurate information about service offerings and availability
- Maintain clear and detailed customer records in our system
- Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining service-related documents
- Perform general administration tasks as required

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a call-centre environment will be highly regarded
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and administrative experience
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
