About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Concierge Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll make warm outbound calls with property buyers, representing real estate brands as part of their own team. Your main focus is securing appointments for our national Mortgage Broker network (via Loan Connectors) and identifying opportunities for additional services such as insurance, utilities, and conveyancing.

Key responsibilities

- Warm outbound calls on behalf of our real estate partners
- Book qualified appointments for Mortgage Brokers (Loan Connectors)
- Identify and refer opportunities for Conveyancing
- Deliver friendly, professional service that reflects our partners' brand values
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes in our systems

About you

- Proven outbound call centre / appointment-setting experience OR real estate background with strong client service skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to build instant rapport
- Skilled at handling objections and keeping conversations engaging
- Results-driven, proactive, and motivated by targets




- Knowledge of the Australian real estate market is highly regarded
