We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Site Manager to join a rapidly growing commercial construction company. Over the last 2 years our client has experienced rapid growth, doubling both their revenue and headcount in that time. Their goal - to provide a completely different approach & revolutionize construction in South Australia.

This particular position is going to be in charge of a $15m apartment complex being built in the inner suburbs. This is the first apartment project our client has undertaken, and as a result proven experience on like-for-like projects is essential.

Duties in your role will include:

- Full site set up
- Management of all trades and subcontractors




- Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
- Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S;)
- Management of stakeholders both internally and externally

To be successful in your application you will require the following:

- Minimum 2 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Proven experience managing full life-cycle apartment projects with values no less than $10mil
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of OH&S;
- Ability to work autonomously
