About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and caring Client Support Officer to join our friendly team in Stafford.

You’ll be a key point of contact for our clients who may be facing financial challenges. In this role, you’ll provide guidance, support and practical solutions — all while ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

This role suits someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to client queries by phone, email and SMS in a professional and timely manner

- Update and adjust payment schedules based on clients’ changing circumstances

- Prepare and submit government-regulated documentation accurately and on time

- Follow up with clients to ensure their payment arrangements stay on track

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide seamless support

- Contribute ideas for process improvement and team success

About You

- Solid communication skills with a friendly, empathetic and professional manner





- Previous experience in customer service or contact centre work (financial services experience highly regarded)

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy — you can talk and type confidently

- Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- Positive, proactive and a genuine team player
