Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors professionally and promptly
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
• Conduct routine and open house inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports
• Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements
• Support arrears management
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation
• Provide high-level customer service to clients

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in residential property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset




• Familiarity with property management software (advantageous but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth
