About the Role

This is not your typical removalist role.

You'll join a specialist team relocating and transforming commercial workplaces across Brisbane and South East Queensland - corporate offices, universities, hospitals, laboratories, libraries, schools, warehouses and government facilities. No two projects are the same, and for the right person, this role is a genuine first step toward a long-term career with Grace.

Working alongside experienced relocation professionals, you'll learn how commercial relocations are planned and delivered, building practical skills in furniture systems, logistics, workplace technology and project delivery.

Your work will include:

- Moving and positioning office furniture, equipment and commercial assets

- Safely loading and unloading relocation vehicles

- Dismantling and reassembling desks, workstations and office furniture

- Following floor plans and assisting with new workplace setups

- Protecting and handling computers, monitors and other workplace technology

- Working directly with clients and representing Grace professionally on site

- Supporting projects from initial setup through to completion

- Maintaining vehicles, equipment and project materials to a high standard





- Following Grace safety procedures and site-specific requirements

Who We're Looking For

Removals experience is welcome but not essential - we're more interested in the right attitude. You'll ideally be:

- Physically capable and comfortable with hands-on work

- Safety-conscious and willing to learn the right way

- Professional and respectful in clients' workplaces

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- Motivated to develop new skills and progress your career

- Well presented with strong communication skills

- Adaptable - commercial projects can involve early starts, evenings or weekend work





A current Australian car licence is required.

Backgrounds in removals, logistics, warehousing, construction, furniture installation, events, trades or other physical customer-facing work are all welcome.
