We are searching for a passionate Storeperson & Warranty Coordinator who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a small, collaborative team.

This is a full-time position based in our Adelaide office, offered as a 12-month contract with the potential to extend.

About the role

This role combines storekeeping and warranty processing responsibilities. You will receive and process incoming deliveries, maintain stock records, manage stock transfers, and handle warranty and damaged-in-transit claims from initial assessment through to resolution with suppliers and customers.

What you’ll be working on:

- Receive and process incoming deliveries

- Reconcile deliveries against invoices and purchase documentation, and receipt stock accurately

- Identify and follow up incorrect, damaged-in-transit (DIT), short or under deliveries

- Put incoming stock away efficiently across both the retail store and storeroom

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe storeroom and adjacent external storage areas

- Organise and coordinate stock transfers to Melrose Park





- Assess and process in-store warranty and DIT claims

- Communicate with suppliers regarding warranty claims, credits, replacements and other resolutions

- Keep customers informed throughout the warranty process and provide explicit expectations around next steps and timing

- Maintain accurate records of claims, supplier correspondence, credits and replacements

The skills we’d love you to bring:

- Strong computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems

- Experience operating a walk-behind forklift, or the ability and willingness to learn

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both customer-facing and written

- The ability to confidently communicate with customers, suppliers and internal team members

- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills

- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities across both stock and warranty responsibilities

- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to completing tasks

- The ability to work independently, follow issues through and take ownership of outcomes

- Knowledge or an interest in Camping, 4WD, Hiking and Caravanning products, or a willingness to learn
