Full-Time | Permanent

Founded in 1983, Swan Christian College is a thriving Kindergarten to Year 12 learning community in the Swan Valley, serving approximately 1,600 students. As part of Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA), Western Australia's largest independent Christian education network, the College contributes to a flourishing community of more than 5,000 students and 1,000 staff across seven schools.

SCEA is seeking an exceptional Principal to lead Swan Christian College, building upon strong foundations and providing strategic, educational and spiritual leadership across the College's Primary and Secondary Schools, Swan Trade Centre, Swan Worklink and Swan Online.

As the home of CHARIS Education, the College is committed to providing a gospel-inspired education that forms lives, not simply imparts knowledge. Shaped by the abundance of God's grace, CHARIS Education seeks the flourishing of every child; helping students grow academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually, while empowering them to become all God created them to be. Courage, Humility, Appreciation, Respect, Integrity and Self-Control are woven through the culture, relationships and learning experiences of the College.

The successful candidate will lead the College as a flourishing learning community where students are known, loved and inspired to grow in character and purpose. They will provide leadership across Christian formation, educational excellence, people and culture, organisational performance and community engagement, ensuring the College continues to reflect SCEA's vision of excellent Christian education that transforms lives for God's glory.

This is an opportunity to lead a community shaped by grace, grounded in truth, and committed to helping young people experience life in all its fullness. The Principal will champion the inherent dignity and God-given potential of every student, cultivate a culture where staff thrive in their calling, and steward the next chapter of a College committed to forming confident, compassionate and capable young people who are equipped to make a meaningful difference in the world.

Provide visionary leadership for the College's next chapter, building upon solid foundations to strengthen culture, develop leaders, unite the community around a shared mission, and position the College for sustained growth, impact and flourishing.

- People Leadership & Multiplication
Build leadership capacity across the College by attracting, developing and empowering exceptional people, fostering a high-performing culture where staff are valued, supported and equipped to flourish in their calling and multiply their impact.
