Our Team:
Leap health has a team with over 75 clinical staff, including seven podiatrists & a footcare nurse. This role is fantastic for a motivated new graduate, or an experienced clinician looking for a lifestyle change to scenic Tasmania. The salary for this position will be above the award and dependent on experience. We are more than happy to discuss salary options with candidates upon application. We offer either a salaried or percentage base employment structure.

We’re looking for another fantastic individual who can add to our team and continue to provide exceptional patient centred care.

The role:

We can provide you with an existing caseload, so you can hit the ground running. If you are a new graduate, there is clinical mentoring available from our Senior Podiatrist and wider podiatry team. For practitioners who enjoy offsite work or being on the road visiting clients in the home, we can also offer that aspect of care.

The role will include:

- Provision of all aspects of podiatry services ranging from general foot care to sports and bio-mechanical assessment

- Cross referrals and mentoring from experienced Paediatric Physiotherapists, titled Sports Physiotherapists and highly experienced clinicians

- Excellent administrative and IT support

- Financial support for ongoing Professional Development on a course of your choosing ($1000 for full-time employees)

- Regular in-house seminars with all disciplines (Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Dietetics) that include external guest presenters

To be considered for this role you must have:

- A tertiary qualification in Podiatry

- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

- CPR certificate

- A current Australian driver's license
