- Weekend and Weekday Hours: The role involves covering shifts in our Glen Waverley and Moonee Ponds clinics over a Saturday to Monday roster. (Fortnightly Saturdays at Moonee Ponds, and weekly Sundays & Mondays in Glen Waverley).

What Your Day Will Look Like:

- Welcome Patients: Greet patients with a smile and provide them with exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door.

- Manage Appointments: Schedule and coordinate appointments,



ensuring a seamless experience for patients.

- Provide Information: Within the scope of the position, educate patients about our IV therapies and wellness services, helping them make informed choices about their health.

- Support the Team: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain a smooth and efficient clinic operation.

- Create a Positive Atmosphere: Foster an inviting and friendly environment that promotes relaxation and trust.
