Customer service and admin professional needed in a busy role in Western Sydney.

Your new company is a well-known and established organisation in Western Sydney looking to employ a customer services officer.

Your current role will include but will not be limited to:

- Obtain all relevant information to handle customer enquiries

- Provide accurate and timely pricing and availability information for products and services

- Process orders promptly and accurately in line with company policy and procedures

- Ensure any follow-up action for customers is organised to meet deadlines

- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure effective customer service

- Handles customer complaints in the first instance and escalates where required

- Take telephone and email sales from customers

- Enter sales orders into the ERP system

- Maintain accurate records

- Issue picking slips for orders





- Raise credits/claims/returns/faulty requests

- Nominate and monitor customer order delivery dates

- Make outbound calls to customers

- Provide support with any coordination or administration activities

What you'll need to succeed

Similar experience in a high-volume environment attending to customers would be a must. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP would be ideal.
