This is your chance to be part of the Ascot Racing Carnival. From October to January each year, Ascot Racecourse comes alive with some of our biggest race day events, including the Melbourne Cup, The Pinnacles and Perth Cup. PRS has also been providing premium security and event services for many regional race clubs and other events throughout WA since 2005.

We are currently seeking Event staff who have experience in Ticket Selling, and Entry Staff at the turnstiles for the 2026-27 Ascot Racing Carnival commencing on 10 October 2026.

About the Role

Reporting to the Security Management team or delegate you will be working with a skilled and dynamic group of people to provide an exceptional level of customer service to our patrons and clients.

Event Staff

- Oversee the facilitation of patron, vehicle and equine ingress
- Respond to customer enquiries including distribution of tickets for functions
- Accurately records attendance figures
- Accurate and efficient cash handling
- Scanning of Tickets
- Provide high level of customer service

To be successful in these roles you will have:

- Police clearance (Desirable)
- Cash Handling experience (Desirable)

All roles will require the following skills:

- Sound interpersonal, verbal communication skills
- Be able to work alone and as part of a team
- Be effective, efficient, and reliable in a variety of situations
