- Located in or near Pinkenba

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

- Experience with SAP (or similar ERP/Accounting system)

- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM system)

- Ability to work from the Pinkenba office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role

About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the broader team, including pricing support for the sales team, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. Your role will also involve managing customer inquiries, overseeing Salesforce case queues to ensure efficient resolution, processing customer credits and rebates accurately, updating and maintaining customer-specific and standard pricing, and managing the onboarding process for recent customers.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

- Customer Communication: Handle inquiries for complaint resolution.





- Case Management: Manage Salesforce cases.

- Credit Processing: Process credits and rebates.

- Pricing Management: Update and maintain customer pricing.

- New Customer Setup: Manage customer onboarding.
