We're looking for a Practice Manager to run our Pelago Dental clinic right here in Karratha — a proper close-to-home leadership role, not a fly-in-fly-out job that pulls you away from your family and your town.

If you've worked front-of-house in a busy dental or medical clinic — locally or elsewhere in the Pilbara — and you're ready to step up into leadership without having to leave Karratha to do it, this is that opportunity.

What you'll be doing

- Running the day-to-day of a up-to-date, well-equipped dental clinic

- Managing the schedule so patients get seen and the clinic runs smoothly

- Leading and mentoring a small team

- Talking with patients about their treatment and helping them book in

- Keeping on top of recalls and follow-ups so no one falls through the cracks

- Jumping in chairside to assist when the clinic needs an extra pair of hands

What you bring

- Experience in a busy dental or medical front office, ideally in a coordinator or senior receptionist role

- Chairside assisting or other clinical experience highly regarded — comfortable stepping into the surgery when needed

- Confidence having conversations with patients about treatment and cost

- A "just get it done" attitude — you take ownership and solve problems on the spot





- You want to lead a team and be accountable for results

- You're already living in or committed to the Karratha region
