From our Urban Wine Walk, Urban Cocktail Trail and Wine N Dine experiences to boutique local events and activations, we create experiences that get people out, exploring, eating, drinking and having an amazing time!

Position: Event & Marketing Coordinator
Type: Full time
We’re looking for a talented, creative and driven Event & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied, hands on role combining event coordination, social media, EDMs, PR, content, design and marketing. You’ll help plan and deliver our events while also creating the campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and ticket sales.
We’re particularly looking for someone with experience in hospitality, wine or the broader liquor industry, or a strong genuine passion and knowledge of the space. Our events are built around wine, cocktails, spirits, beer, venues and producers, so understanding and loving this industry is a big part of the role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Events
- Coordinate events from planning through to event day
- Liaise with venues, wineries, breweries, distilleries, suppliers and partners
- Manage event logistics, timelines and operational requirements
- Assist with event setup, delivery and pack down
- Travel interstate for events throughout the year
- Help ensure every event delivers an exceptional guest experience
Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and schedule social media content across our brands
- Develop social calendars, campaigns and engaging promotional content
- Create and edit Reels, Stories and other short-form content
- Liaise with and brief content creators, photographers and videographers
- Identify and build relationships with relevant content creators
- Manage EDM campaigns including copy, creative, scheduling and reporting
- Help generate awareness, editorial coverage and social exposure for our events and brands
- Use audience insights, campaign performance and reporting to improve future marketing activity
- Help develop and execute campaigns designed to drive ticket sales, engagement and brand awareness
Creative & Design
- Create and adapt marketing assets for social media, EDMs and websites
- Design content using Canva, Adobe or similar
- Liaise with graphic designers and creative suppliers
- Brief, manage and review creative projects
- Ensure creative output is consistent with our brand guidelines
- Help develop new creative concepts and campaigns
Who We’re Looking For
You’re creative, organised, proactive and hands on. You can manage multiple projects, communicate confidently and take ownership without needing to be asked.
Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for hospitality, particularly wine and the broader liquor and beverage industry.
You might come from a hospitality, events or marketing background, but we’re looking for someone who genuinely understands and is excited by the world we operate in.
You’ll have:
- A minimum of three years' experience in events, marketing, hospitality, communications or a similar role
- Previous hospitality experience or a strong demonstrated passion for the industry
- A genuine interest in wine, beer, spirits and the broader liquor and beverage industry
- Elite written communication and copywriting skills
- Demonstrated experience managing social media and EDM campaigns
- Experience using Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms
- An eye for design and experience with Canva, Adobe or similar
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, can do attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends and evenings when required
- The ability to travel interstate throughout the year if required
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in wine, beer, spirits or the broader liquor industry
- Existing relationships with media, influencers or content creators
- Photography, videography or short form content experience
- Experience with paid social advertising
- Knowledge of Australian wine regions, producers and hospitality venues
- A portfolio of previous marketing, social media or creative work
