The Roles

We are seeking reliable, skilled and proactive Maintenance Officers to join our school community and take responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance. No two days will look the same as you respond to requests, undertake general repairs, perform preventative maintenance and safety checks and tackle a range of practical tasks that ensure our students, staff and visitors enjoy a protected and welcoming environment.

These are valued, full-time positions offering generous leave entitlements and a monthly RDO, providing a genuine balance between rewarding work and personal time.

Key Selection Criteria

The successful applicants will be practical, dependable and able to work independently while also engaging positively with staff, students, contractors and the broader school community.

- Previous maintenance / handyman experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience in a school, hotel or buildings environment advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrable commitment to safety
- Good communication skills
