We are a not-for-profit National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga, but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.
About the Opportunity
We’re seeking Permanent and Casual Labourers to join our Kurrajong Recycling team in Wagga Wagga.
As a Labourer, you’ll be working within a supportive and dedicated team to perform a range of tasks and ensure the effective operation of our service.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Processing recyclable materials from non-recyclable items and monitor the quality of sorted materials.
- Perform a range of tasks in a safe and timely manner whilst wearing the required protective equipment.
- Build on your knowledge of work health and safety requirements in the workplace and communicate any unsafe conditions or behaviours to your Supervisor.
- Always maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
Importantly, you must demonstrate a real passion to make a positive difference for our community and for people living with disability.

Skills, Traits and Qualifications
- Previous labourer experience is desirable
- Safety focused mindset
- Clear and effective communicator (written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team
- Working or lived experience with people with disability is desirable
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
