The Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our team. Our grounds and gardens are maintained to an exceptionally high standard, and our Grounds staff adopt a team-based approach in supporting each other to achieve and maintain this standard.

The successful applicant will have a good general knowledge of machine and handheld tool operation and maintenance, plant and tree identification and maintenance, soil management and irrigation, pruning, weeding and chemicals management.

Key Selection Criteria

- Cert III Horticulture, or equivalent
- Demonstrable knowledge of plants and plant maintenance
- Knowledge of appropriate use and handling of chemicals, herbicides and pesticides
- Experience working with irrigation systems
- Knowledge of basic machinery and tool maintenance
- Must hold current Victorian Drivers Licence
- A current Employee Working with Children Check
