Mediplus Nursing Agency is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Carers and Aged Care Workers (AINs) to join our team.

Positions available – Home Carer

- Location: near Castle Hill

- Shifts available: Wednesday and Thursday mornings, 2 hours each shift (06:30–08:30 am, flexible) ongoing

- Key responsibilities: Assist with mobility in the house (*no showering, cooking, cleaning, etc.). Easy tasks.

- This is a casual position offering on-going fixed shifts.

- Please do not apply if the mentioned hours above don't suit your schedule or you cannot commute to Castle Hill.

Positions available – Aged Care Worker

- Location: multiple locations in NSW

- Shifts available: AM, PM, Night, Weekends

- Key responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance including hygiene, dressing, toileting and grooming to support clients' daily activities; assist with mobility support and fall prevention measures; monitor and report on clients' health and wellbeing, identifying any changes or concerns and communicating these to registered nurses, etc.

- This is a casual position offering flexibility to work on a basis that suits your schedule. Please don't apply if you only want to work in Western suburbs, near your home, or if you can't work many days in the next two months (October and November).

What we're looking for





- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Home Care) or equivalent qualification

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to complete this)

- Experience working in aged care, home care or similar healthcare settings

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with elderly clients and their families

- Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach to work

- Flexibility to work casual shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends as required

- Do not apply if you are overseas or need sponsorship/don't have right to work in Australia
