Customer Support Team Member - Casual / 3 days per week

We are a leading supplier of high quality and cutting-edge drapery systems throughout Australia. A fantastic opportunity exists within our Batemans Bay Head Office for an outgoing, vibrant person to join our growing team.

The Role

To provide administrative support and assistance to our Customer Support Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Preparation and management of sales orders including providing quotes

- Discussing pricing and stock lead times with our customers via telephone & email

- Filing/electronic record keeping

- General administration tasks

- Reception duties plus ad-hoc tasks as directed by the General Manager.

The Details:

- 3 days per week (Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) 8.30am - 4:30pm (school hours are negotiable for the right candidate)





- Flexibility for availability on alternate days (to cover team members annual leave/personal leave)

Have the following skills and experience:

- The ability to undertake administrative tasks as directed

- Understanding of Microsoft Office with basic typing skills and accuracy

- Organisational skills as well as problem solving skills

- Ability to work individually or in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills. both written and verbal

- Knowledge of MYOB an advantage
