About the role
As a Logistics / Customer Service Coordinator at PSA BDP, you will play a crucial role in providing coverage during a 3 month period ensuring the efficient and seamless coordination of customer orders and logistics within our busy warehousing and distribution operations. This 3-month contract position is based in our Altona North facility in Victoria.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and process customer orders, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

2. Coordinate the movement of goods through the warehouse, including picking, packing and dispatching of orders

3. Maintain detailed inventory records and provide reporting on stock levels and order status

4. Assist with the development and implementation of logistics systems and processes to improve efficiency

5. Provide high-quality customer service, handling queries and resolving any issues that may arise

6. Support the broader operational team as needed to achieve team and company objectives

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar logistics or customer service role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or warehousing industry

2. Previous experience in dangerous goods or chemical logistics advantageous

3.



Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

5. Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations

6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

7. A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
