About The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Salesperson to join our vibrant team.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service while maximising sales across our premium product range. You’ll help create an engaging and welcoming store environment while building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice and drive sales across BBQs, accessories, and electric fireplaces (full training provided)

- Build strong customer relationships and develop a loyal client base

- Create a lively, engaging,



and welcoming in-store atmosphere

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards

- Assist with in-store cooking demonstrations and events

- Work weekends as part of a rotating roster

What We're Looking For:

- A genuine passion for BBQ's and outdoor cooking

- Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality

- Previous customer service or retail experience

- Basic knowledge of BBQ equipment (preferred but not essential)

- Robust communication skills (verbal and written)

- Sound computer skills and confidence using POS systems

- A team player who thrives in a dynamic retail environment
