This is a 4 night a week role flexing between the two properties Monday to Thursday nights

§ Assist in the planning and overseeing all front of house and guest service processes from the arrival of guests to their departure in order to ensure the meeting (and exceeding) of guest needs.

§ Assist in the development and implementation of creative plans/programs that anticipate and meet guest needs and interests.

§ Work closely with Maintenance and Housekeeping to assist in ensuring consistent upkeep of the property and guest needs.

§ Ensure that the Manager on Duty Log is accurately maintained with professionalism and non-accusatory tones and is completed in a timely manner.

§ Ensure all Nesuto Hospitality policies are adhered to.

§ To conduct yourself in a qualified manner at all times and maintain high grooming standards.

§ Complete the daily occupancy reports.

§ Provide assistance to guests during the evening hours where needed.

§ Conduct walks throughout the building regularly throughout the evening to ensure safety for guests.





§ Identify internal training needs for the Front Office Team.

· Responsible for any written correspondence/filing/report generation and admin support

· To be able to deal with owners/tenants/guests in a diplomatic, tactful & professional manner at all times

· To delegate duties to the porter and monitor completion

· To ensure that no unruly or rowdy behaviour persists and to take the appropriate measures in the event of unreasonableness by any guest or staff members maintaining OHS&S; issues

· Curtin - To ensure all functions are set up a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event unless room is already occupied.

· To ensure that all cash and floats are securely locked away

· To ensure that all keys are securely locked away

· To ensure the Hotel complies with all Liquor Licensing, Council and Fire regulations whilst on duty
