Casual, estimated 15-20 hours a week
Tuesday - Friday
You'll be right in the middle of day-to-day operations, helping make sure participants receive the experience they deserve and the team has the information and support they need to do their jobs well. This isn't a role where you'll just sit behind a desk ticking boxes.
Key responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and emails and being a friendly, professional first point of contact
- Managing participant profiles, records and documentation
- Booking Participant Transport
- Coordinating day-to-day operational tasks, including rosters and enquiries
- Following things up — because "I'll get back to you" actually means getting back to them
- Checking that processes are being followed and identifying where they aren't
- Assisting with internal audits and quality checks
- Noticing gaps, problems or things that could work better — and telling us about them
- Providing honest feedback to management
- Helping continually improve the way we operate
About you
- Takes ownership and doesn't need someone standing over you telling you what needs doing
- Loves a system and likes knowing where things are, keeping information accurate and creating order when things get busy
- Has an eye for detail and notices the little things
- Isn't afraid to speak up and will bring problems to the table to help find a better way
- Cares about the person behind the paperwork and understands how work ultimately affects a real person's experience
- Can handle a quick-growing business and roll up your sleeves to figure things out
