THE PAY
Commercial Plumbers
- $60.00/hr base rate + penalties
- $2.30/hr site allowance
- $34.73/day fares & travel allowance
- Approx. $66.64/hr standard effective rate before penalties
- Superannuation on top
- 8hr day 9 day fortnight
Plumbing Supervisors
- $70.00/hr base rate + penalties
- $1.94/hr Leading Hand allowance
- $2.34/hr site allowance
- $34.73/day fares & travel allowance
- Approx. $78.58/hr standard effective rate before penalties
- Superannuation on top
- 8hr day 9 day fortnight

THE OPPORTUNITIES
We have positions available for experienced Plumbers and Supervisors.
Commercial Plumbers will work across construction projects completing plumbing installation and associated works as part of established site teams.
Supervisors will take on additional responsibility for coordinating crews,
allocating daily works, monitoring productivity and quality, and working closely with site management to keep projects moving.
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Commercial plumbing installation and construction
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Coordinating daily site activities
- Supervising and supporting plumbing crews
- Liaising with other trades and site management
- Monitoring quality, productivity and progress
- Troubleshooting and resolving site issues
- Conducting pre-starts and toolbox meetings
- Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards
- Relevant Plumbing Qualification/Licence
- Robust commercial construction plumbing experience
- White Card
- Working at Heights
- EWP
- Reliable transport
- Own trade/battery tools
- Robust safety awareness
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
Proven leadership experience is required for Supervisor position.
Electrofusion, Excavator and Skid Steer tickets/experience are Required for Supervisor position.
