About the role

This is more than simply serving customers. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, building relationships and helping customers find the perfect piece. As part of the J.M. Leech Jewellers team, you will deliver warm, professional and personalised customer service in our Bendigo store and dedicated Bridal Studio, which features an extensive collection of engagement rings, wedding rings and diamonds, as well as custom-designed pieces.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver warm, professional and personalised customer service

- Confidently engage with customers and drive sales

- Build lasting relationships with our customers

- Assist customers with jewellery, diamonds, watches and gifts

- Develop strong product knowledge through ongoing training

- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining high standard of store presentation

- Process sales accurately and efficiently

- Assist with stock and general day-to-day store duties

- A strong communicator who can build rapport easily

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

- Flexible with availability across weekdays and Saturdays

- Available for additional hours during the busy Christmas trading period
