We now have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned professional to lead our boutique in Brisbane CBD.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Assist store in achieving the store business goals and objectives.

- Lead in setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.

- Monitor staff performance on a regular basis and identify areas of training and improvement when necessary.

- Develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.

- Identify and implement strategies to grow CRM database and increase existing base of VIP customers.

- Be an ambassador for the brand and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times.





- Be a role model to all staff in work performance, customer service and other relevant scope of duties.

- Support in collating data for all reports pertaining to sales, customer service, accounts and logistics.

- Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the retail operations team to optimise sell-thru.

- Support and responsible for the stock holding.

- Will have and maintain at all times competent product knowledge.

- Quality leadership skills to lead the staff to perform to their fullest potential.

- Possess effective communication skills and team spirit.

- Build and maintain good rapport with stakeholders.

- Conduct staff appraisal and annual performance review.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience in store management, luxury retail experience preferred

- Possess solid leadership skills with ability to lead by example

- Possess strong sense of business acumen
