We are partnering with a leading Australian bank to recruit an experienced Relationship Manager for a key role within their Agribusiness division, based in Orange and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a banking qualified who is looking to manage and grow a diverse portfolio in some of the most active agricultural regions.

As Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and expansion of a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients. Key responsibilities include:

- Building strong, trust-based relationships with farming and regional business clients
- Identifying new lending and deposit opportunities across the portfolio
- Structuring tailored financial solutions aligned to client needs and regional market conditions
- Managing credit risk and ensuring compliance with banking policies
- Partnering with credit, product, and business support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes





Successful candidates will hold a tertiary degree in a relevant field whilst having experience in commercial or agribusiness banking. You’ll be confident working independently, capable of delivering tailored financial advice, and passionate about supporting regional business success. A background in finance, agriculture, or business will be highly regarded.
