About the role

You'll manage a varied community caseload across aged care and NDIS, with the flexibility to work from home between client visits.

You'll have autonomy in managing your caseload, but you won't be working in isolation. You'll be backed by experienced clinicians, dedicated administration and an established multidisciplinary team.

Our systems, structured clinical templates and administrative processes are already in place, allowing you to spend less time managing paperwork and more time delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy services.

Key responsibilities

- Provide client-centred care to older adults and people living with disability in their homes

- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments using standardised tools and clinical observation

- Develop individualised intervention plans and meaningful client goals

- Recommend assistive technology and equipment

- Assess and recommend home modifications

- Complete Functional Capacity Assessments and other relevant clinical reports

- Undertake falls prevention and home safety assessments

- Prepare clear and timely documentation using our established templates and systems

- Apply sound clinical reasoning across a broad range of conditions and presentations

- Collaborate with families, support coordinators and other health professionals

About you

- Holds current AHPRA registration

- Ideally has 2+ years' Occupational Therapy experience, with 3+ years highly regarded

- Experience in community, adult disability and/or aged care is highly regarded

- Is confident working independently in the community while also enjoying being part of a team





- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning

- Is caring, compassionate and client-focused

- Values quality clinical care and meaningful outcomes

- Holds a valid Australian driver's licence and has access to a vehicle

- Holds, or is willing to obtain, a Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
