About the role

Harwood Property Agents is looking for a motivated school leaver or someone at the beginning of their career to join the team as a full-time Real Estate Trainee. This is an chance to get paid while obtaining your real estate qualification/licence and learn the industry from an experienced team, professional sales coaches and industry specialists. You'll get hands-on experience across the entire real estate business and work alongside an experienced senior team in a small business where you'll be exposed to all aspects of real estate.

Key responsibilities

- Sales and property marketing
- Social media, content and branding
- Preparing proposals and property appraisals
- Coordinating photography, marketing and signboards
- Open homes and attending auctions




- Learning the sales process from listing through to settlement
- Front desk, phones and client service
- Assisting multiple sales agents
- Coordinating offshore support team
- General office and team administration

About you

- No real estate experience required
- Confident, organised, and good with people
- Interested in property and social media
- Keen to learn and build a career

Harwood Property Agents is a small business where trainees are exposed to all aspects of real estate. Previous trainees have gone on to build careers in real estate sales and property management.
