About the role

We are seeking an experienced:

Medical Receptionist to work in our busy practice and be part of the team which primarily involves answering a high volume of calls, managing appointments, assisting with procedures, customer service and general administration support. There are multiple roles available across the clinic for either a full time or part time role.

Skills and experience

To be successful for this position you will require:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a must

- Excellent phone manner and people skills

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Great customer service skills

- This role is open at multiple locations - Baldivis, Maddington, Hillarys and Hilton.

Preferences would be given to candidates with experience in Radiology background.
