The Role:

As Project Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and take a key leadership role in the end-to-end delivery of a major $275M mixed-use development incorporating residential apartments, retail precincts, parks and extensive landscaping.
This is a highly autonomous role with significant influence across design, delivery strategy, procurement and key project decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Taking ownership of project delivery from concept through to handover
- Leading project teams and driving performance across program, cost and quality
- Influencing D&C; design, buildability, procurement and delivery strategy
- Driving site safety, quality and regulatory compliance
- Managing senior client, council, consultant and stakeholder relationships

What We’re Looking For:





- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience delivering major high-rise residential projects in Sydney
- Strong understanding of the NSW Class 2 regulatory environment, including the Design and Building Practitioners Act, design compliance and project delivery obligations
- Solid commercial, programming, planning and logistics capability
- Ability to lead large project teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects on time and within budget
