This role offers:

Key Responsibilities

· Process loan applications across a diverse panel of lenders

· Accurately input and manage loan data within CRM and AOL platforms

· Maintain regular, professional communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the loan process

· Liaise with lenders to ensure smooth progression and timely approval of applications

· Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver outstanding client outcomes

Skills & Experience Required

· Proven experience working within the mortgage brokerage industry (rather than directly within a bank)

· Robust knowledge and practical experience in investment and construction lending

· Experience working with mortgage aggregator platforms such as SFG, AFG,



Connective or similar (experience with SFG is preferred but not essential)

· Strong understanding of broker processes, lender requirements and the end-to-end investment lending lifecycle

· Strong understanding of NCCP legislation, AML compliance, and relevant regulatory requirements

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in loan processing

· Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and business partners

· High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities

· Outstanding customer service and communication skills

· Proven ability to manage time, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines

· Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

· Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously
