About the role

M3 Integrated Services is seeking a reliable and professional Casual / Part Time Security Guard to join our team in Bendigo, VIC. This is a casual position offering flexible working arrangements to suit your availability. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients' assets, personnel, and premises. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through vigilant monitoring, access control, and rapid response to any security incidents or concerns.

What you'll be doing

- Conducting regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorised access or suspicious activity

- Monitoring CCTV systems and security equipment to ensure all areas remain secure

- Controlling and verifying access to premises, checking identification and maintaining visitor logs

- Responding promptly to security alarms and investigating potential threats or breaches

- Reporting security incidents, hazards, and violations to management in a timely and professional manner

- Maintaining detailed security logs and documentation of daily activities and observations

- Providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff whilst maintaining professional standards

- Ensuring compliance with all security protocols, policies, and legal requirements

- Assisting in the prevention of theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities

What we're looking for

- Current Victorian Security Licence

- Proven experience working as a Security Guard or in a similar security-related role

- Strong observational and monitoring skills with keen attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Professional appearance and demeanour at all times





- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies

- Physical fitness and capability to perform regular patrols and stand for extended periods

- Reliable, punctual, and qualified work ethic

- Current First Aid and CPR certification

- Driving Licence

- Working With Children Check (WWCC) & National Police Clearance
