About the role

You'll support a small team of supported employees, helping them build skills, confidence and independence while delivering high-quality gardening services to our clients. You'll work outdoors completing gardening and grounds maintenance tasks while supporting people with disability through meaningful work.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and support a small team of supported employees

- Complete gardening and grounds maintenance, including mowing, whipper snipping, hedging, pruning, weeding and general garden clean-ups

- Teach practical work skills while encouraging independence and confidence

- Create a positive, inclusive and enjoyable workplace

- Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard

- Operate and maintain gardening equipment

- Complete simple daily documentation using the app

- Drive company vehicles between jobs

About you

- Stay calm and patient when things don't go to plan

- Enjoy having a laugh and bringing positive energy to the day

- Be encouraging, supportive and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed

- Be confident leading a team while treating everyone with respect

- Be reliable, organised and able to think on your feet

- Take pride in producing high-quality work





- Be physically capable of performing outdoor manual work, including lifting equipment, starting petrol-powered gardening equipment and working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Hold a current Victorian Driver Licence

- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
