Contract Foreman – Newcastle High-Rise Project

Experienced Foreman wanted for a major high-rise residential project.
We are looking for a capable, hands-on Contract Foreman to join an established site team on a significant Newcastle residential development.
This is a genuine site-based contract opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of site activities and confidently coordinate trades and subcontractors.
Structures experience is highly preferred, although we will consider well-rounded Foremen from strong residential or commercial backgrounds.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Foreman on large-scale construction projects
- High-rise / structures experience preferred
- Strong subcontractor and trade coordination skills




- Good understanding of construction sequencing and drawings
- Strong WHS and quality focus
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Available for an immediate contract start
