Lawrence RV is a family-owned business with dealerships and service centres across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Newcastle. We proudly represent premium brands including Lotus Caravans, Essential Caravans, Design RV, and Atlas Caravans. Our Burpengary Service Centre is growing fast, and we’re looking for hands-on, motivated people to join our team.

The Role
As a Caravan Service & Repair Technician, you’ll carry out a wide range of workshop and customer-focused tasks, including:

- Servicing, repairs, and insurance work on caravans, campers & motorhomes

- Pre-delivery inspections and accessory fit-outs

- Diagnosing and fixing warranty issues

- Cleaning and detailing to showroom standard

- Training customers at handover on how to use their new RV

Whether you’re experienced in the trade or just getting started, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What We’re Looking For

- Trade skills (automotive, electrical, plumbing, gas, cabinetry, welding)



OR a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

- Confidence with hand and power tools

- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude

- Reliability, initiative, and a team mindset

- A current driver’s licence
