About the role

Tathra Hotel, located on the beautiful Far South Coast of NSW, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our hospitality team on a casual basis. We are currently looking for staff across the following positions: Chef, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Attendant, and Kitchen Hand.

Key responsibilities

- Chefs all position – Assist with food preparation, cooking and kitchen operations

- Housekeeping – Maintain clean, comfortable and welcoming guest areas

- Food & Beverage Attendant – Provide excellent service across food and beverage operations

- Kitchen Hand – Support the kitchen with food preparation, cleaning and general duties

About you

- Reliable, punctual and well presented

- Friendly and professional

- Able to work effectively as part of a team

- Flexible and available for casual shifts, including weekends and public holidays

- Experienced in hospitality is preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidates
