About the role:

Reporting directly to the Nurse Unit Manager, this role will work within our busy hospital department. This exciting opportunity exists for highly motivated Assistant in Nursing, with exceptional time management and clinical skills.

With the ability to work both in a team and in a multi-disciplinary environment, you will display a positive commitment and qualified accountability in relation to the needs of the organisation and its clients,



have experience in the treatment of addictions and mood disorders and be passionate about supporting and restoring health and well being.

Monday - Friday casual availability.

Essential Criteria:

- Certificate III or IV in Health Services Assistance

- Demonstrated ability to work in a team

- Excellent time management skills

- Knowledge of and the ability to apply the principles of adult learning

- Highly developed verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate within a multi-disciplinary team

- Computer literacy

Desirable Criteria:

- Intermediate computer literacy

- Previous Assistant in Nursing experience

- Punctual

- Empathetic and compassionate towards the needs of others
