About the role

Join the team at Boolaroo Spar/Bottlemart as a Retail Assistant/Supervisor on a casual basis. Located in Boolaroo NSW, this role is an excellent chance to work in a local community-focused retail setting. Multiple positions available, from retail assistants to supervisors.

What you'll be doing
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Assisting with general retail operations including cash handling, stock replenishment and merchandising
Preparing and presenting high-quality food products
Supervising and supporting other retail assistants as required
Maintaining a clean, protected and organised store environment

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a similar environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills




Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in food preparation and basic cooking skills is required
Flexibility to work some weekends, early mornings and nights
Current RSA or willingness to obtain
