About the Role

As part of the Reliance Workforce team, you will support a range of construction and precast projects through hands‑on labouring and trade support work.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting trades with day‑to‑day construction tasks
Handling and installing materials (including precast elements where required)
General site labouring, loading/unloading materials
Site clean‑ups, preparation and maintenance
Following all WHS policies to ensure a secure workplace




Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For
Experience in general construction, labouring or trade assisting
Physically fit – capable of regular lifting 10–20kg
Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
Willing to learn and adapt on site
Minimum provisional driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Over 18 years of age
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
Forklift Operators- with up to 12 tonne experience with concrete/ steel
