About the Role

An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to provide clinical leadership, governance support, and patient care within a modern regional Emergency Department seeing approximately 18,000 presentations annually. Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will support workforce planning, quality improvement, education, supervision, and service development while maintaining a clinical workload.

Requirements
AHPRA registration as a Specialist in Emergency Medicine (FACEM) or FRACGP/FACRRM with advanced emergency medicine qualifications.
Recent Emergency Medicine experience in Australia or a comparable setting.
Demonstrated leadership, clinical governance, and quality improvement experience.
Commitment to teaching, supervision, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Willingness to participate in evenings, weekends, and on-call rosters.
