This full-time role will involve providing expert maintenance and support for building management systems (BMS) across a range of commercial and industrial sites.
Key responsibilities
Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to breakdown calls for BMS equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot BMS issues to identify and resolve the root cause
Perform upgrades, modifications and installations of BMS components
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Maintain detailed records of all work completed
Collaborate with the wider technical team to share knowledge and best practices
About you
Formal qualifications in electrical, HVAC or building services engineering
Minimum 5 years' experience as a BMS service technician
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of BMS protocols and programming languages
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Restricted Electrical Licence (D-Licence)
Current Working with Children Check
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites
