The Opportunity
Join a dedicated boarding team where you will:
Provide leadership, guidance, and pastoral care to boarding students
Support student wellbeing, personal development, and engagement
Develop positive relationships with students, families, and staff
Promote a secure, inclusive, and supportive residential environment
Manage day-to-day boarding operations and routines
Support behaviour management and student wellbeing initiatives
Work collaboratively with academic and boarding staff
Contribute to the culture and success of the boarding community

About You
You are a caring and relational leader who:
Has experience working with young people in education, boarding, wellbeing, residential,



or youth settings
Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Is committed to student wellbeing and positive outcomes
Can build trust and meaningful relationships with students
Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
Thrives in a team-focused workplace
Understands the importance of safeguarding and student care
