Our Sydney team is growing and we are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join on a part time basis.

You will be an integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:
Undertaking Occupational Therapy assessments including activities of daily living, worksite, functional and ergonomic assessments.
Designing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
Identifying barriers and designing,



implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
Understanding a variety of health care and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
Liaising with clients, family members, insurers, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve outcomes
