Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, hospitality, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve espresso coffee and other beverages to a high standard.
Operate the coffee machine and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Assist with general café duties, including taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables.
Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the café.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with restocking and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous barista and hospitality experience preferred (training can be provided to the right candidate).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle peak trading periods.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
